Payment options

Payment through the website's shopping cart

Payments are processed through PayPal. If you don't have a PayPal account, you can still choose the "Pay as a guest" option on the PayPal page during checkout. PayPal accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and some other payment methods. For more information visit PayPal.

The transfer may take up to three bank days to complete. Note that there may be additional bank fees which should in that case be paid by the customer, but within the European Union, it usually is free or at least does not cost more than a domestic bank transfer. The shipment will be sent after the transfer is completed. Please put your order number from the confirmation email in the message field!

Cash on delivery/pickup

This is only available in Ekenäs, Finland

Shipping rates & information

We do not charge anything more than the Finnish Post postage fee. There is no additional charge for handling and packaging material. Some more information can be found at the Finnish Post's website.

Returns and replacements

Faulty or broken products

If a product arrives faulty or broken, please contact us through our contact form or email. You might be asked to provide a picture of the faulty product, or to return it to us in which case we will pay for postage. When a product is confirmed faulty, we will send you a new one free of charge, or if it is out of stock, we will refund you the full price of the product.

Returns

If you wish to return a product that is not faulty, you may do so within 30 days if it is in unused condition. We will refund the price of the product but not the postage and unfortunately in case of normal returns we can't offer to pay return postage either.
